Most of the positions we fill are exclusive opportunities with well-known companies and available only to TRC candidates. Our process is straight-forward: find a job posting that suits your qualifications and apply for it. We>ll review your application, qualifications and work history. We will call those who qualify for a phone interview and start our 14-point compliance process. If all that checks out, we>ll invite you to our office for a final interview before you meet with the TRC client in-person. Rigorous? Sure. But when you>re going after the best jobs around, we have to make sure that you>re the best candidate around. We>re very particular about who we recommend for client interviews. We pride ourselves on the ability to find the right candidate for the right position. It>s important that you recognize your strengths and weaknesses. Be prudent about which jobs you pursue. If you do not meet the essential qualifications for the position, you will not receive a call for an interview. But if you do meet the qualifications for the position, we will work tirelessly on your behalf to get you an interview.
